- Mindful Teaching: Yoga and Meditation Practices for Teachers is a transformative 5-day course designed to equip educators with the tools and techniques necessary to cultivate mindfulness, well-being, and resilience both personally and professionally.
- The course begins with an exploration of the foundational concepts of mindfulness and its relevance to the teaching profession. Participants will engage in guided meditation sessions, gentle yoga practices, and reflective discussions to deepen their understanding of how these practices can enhance their effectiveness as educators.

Certification details
Our courses are in line with the Erasmus+ Quality standards for courses under Key Action 1 (learning mobility of individuals). Participants are required to attend a minimum of 80% of the course sessions. Additionally, active engagement and participation in group discussions and practical activities are encouraged to enhance the learning experience. Upon the successful completion of the training course, participants will obtain;
