Teddy goes Sporty

‘Teddy goes sporty’ is a collaborative project that brings together students, teachers and schools from different countries with the aim of creating an understanding of the importance of physical and mental health through sports, (SDG3: good health and well-being, SDG2: ending all forms of malnutrition, SDG4: quality education; SDG5: gender equality), while enhancing students’ digital skills and communication in English. Each class will have its own teddy. Teddy will participate in various lessons across the curriculum and will also go on sports outings, produce and cook healthy food at school, participate in traditional games and draw and talk about the national flag and national anthem. Teddy also likes to go home with students on Friday evenings and comes back to school on Mondays! He enjoys digitally recording the fun times by writing what sports activities they have done together and adding photos. Each student will have the opportunity to take Teddy over the weekend and share their experience with Teddy through an online book. The book will be shared with students in different countries in a safe online environment.
