Mentally influenced

Social media is all around us. It is especially indispensible in the lives of teenagers. They can freely make use of its all benefits. However, they are rarely aware of how strongly social media influences their brains and mental health. It is said that children, who grew in the company of mobile devices and full access to social media will develop "digital autism" in the future, which will be visible and ready to analyse in about 15 years time. Is escape from technological development an answer? Not really! So let's find out how to find a way to develop reflection, creativity, decision-making, planning, analysis - the skills which will nurture the default mode network of our brains and make digital generation mentally healthy.
