In this project we are going to work on improving our knowledge, actions and habbits to move towards sustainability regarding the way we eat. We will start with getting to know each other and how we already act for sustainability in the different schools. Then we will start the new year by presenting the challenges each school has chosen to improve sustainability. Then we will focus on food : we will start by presenting each other what our breakfast are, but also what our cooking processes are, what our conservation process are and comparing our food safety rules. Then we will present each other a scientific event we have chosen to implement in our school in relation to sustainable eating. And we will finish with a slowtech project implementation for which we will share the processes and the results.
