Mother’s Day celebrated all around the world for centuries has always given us the chance to express our love and gratitude towards the person that brought us to life. Through this project, not only will students have the opportunity to explore ways of expressing love to their mothers, but they will also gain insight on how Mother’s Day is celebrated in other countries. A variety of educational tools and techniques (such as music, art, literature, technology) will be used in order to stimulate children’s cognitive world and creative skills. Finally, students will become aware of how different cultures perceive the maternal theme and how the love towards the mother is expressed.
