School libraries play a more important role than ever at school, as they support the actions of teachers and contribute to the education of students. Many school libraries are, in fact, a true teaching and learning laboratory and help to improve academic achievement and promote inclusion and equity. It is important to know the practices of libraries in different countries. Through written word, human knowledge survived. The history and science, the art and the ideas, the views, the plans and the decisions of those who lived before us are made known through the written word. If human had not invented writing he could not have inherited the knowledge and experience of all who lived. It is possible to work the curriculum, themes of citizenship through the stories. With this project it is intended, monthly, to choose a work and work on either content or one of the themes of citizenship.
