To reduce learning loss and face early school leaving (ESL), it is important that European education systems become more resilient, equitable and inclusive. Therefore, the BE-IN project focuses on the development of innovative methodologies and pedagogical tools for inclusive and emotional education.

The initiative seeks to help learners achieve their full potential and grow into active, responsible citizens by providing all pupils with equal opportunities and access to quality education. To combat ESL and unlock pupils’ potential, teachers must acquire new skills and adopt innovative teaching methods to motivate pupils.

The project has developed teaching materials and educational tools for secondary schools specifically tailored to pupils’ personal learning processes and abilities. These include:

  • an International Road Map on innovative and inclusive pedagogical methodologies and practices;
  • an Inclusive and Emotional Curriculum with a focus on diversity of learning styles and multiple intelligences;
  • coaching activities to test the curriculum with related guidelines to apply the inclusive model at school;
  • the European Inclusive and Emotional platform, featuring a training course for teachers;
  • international final publication.

Most resources are available in six languages: EN, DE, HR, HU, IT, EL
