A multi-level approach to the gender gap in STEM education
Given the increasing importance of STEM fields in navigating the modern world, addressing the gender gap in STEM education is a matter of educational equity and a multifaceted issue of economic and societal concern.
This report sets out to identify and analyse what contributes to this gender gap, examining societal attitudes, educational practices, curriculum design and the role of educators. It takes a multi-level approach that encompasses educational reforms, policy interventions, societal attitude shifts and targeted support mechanisms.
