eTwinning monitoring report 2023 – The impact of eTwinning on initial teacher education: Placing teacher educators and student teachers in the spotlight

The 2023 eTwinning monitoring report focuses on initial teacher education, and specifically on the ‘eTwinning for future teachers’ initiative, with the aim of exploring the impact of eTwinning on student teachers, teacher educators and initial teacher education institutions.

The data in the report was gathered from five focus groups and two semi-structured interviews that were completed online with teacher educators and student teachers from initial teacher education institutions that were nominated for the ‘eTwinning for future teachers’ European award for initial teacher education in 2022.
