Methodology & assessment

We tailor our working methods based upon participants’ needs and professional backgrounds to ensure that all obtained knowledge and skills are applicable to real life situations in the classroom or the school. The pedagogical methodology is based on interactive workshops with experts on the one hand and very participative on the other hand with group and peer activities, learning-by-doing, school visits, and best practices’ exchange. From experience we know that these collaborative working methods foster mutual learning and cooperation among all participants.

· Information. A general introduction on each of the topics.
· Observation. Observe teaching, studying, and learning processes in classrooms in small groups or individually. (School visits depend on own interests and availability)
· Sharing. Share experiences and expertise on the different topics in workshops.
· Creating output. Working individually and in groups on a concrete product to be used in your own school.
