Learning objectives
- Gain a full understanding of aggressive behavior as well as obtain knowledge on how to prevent it and what kind of protocols to follow if and when bullying has already occurred.
- Explore how to resolve conflicts and build better relationships.
- Get equipped with a powerful tool called Mindfulness and be challenged to use critical thinking and problem-solving activities in order to engage and motivate students to accept their peers and embrace diversity.
- Going to learn how to create a safe learning environment, how to recognize signs of bullying – both the bullies and the bullied, as well as the ways to deal with them.
- Going to explore case studies as well as learn how to use art as a therapeutic tool.
Methodology & assessment
Evaluation format:
Continuous assessment - continuous observation of participant’s activity
Evaluation criteria:
Preparation, level of engagement in class, listening, questioning and discussing, problem-solving, group/partner teamwork
Evaluation procedures:
The evaluation will take place in the hosting organization and will be conducted
by teacher trainers at the end of the course.
Recognition conditions:
At least 80% of course attendance
