Description
The training is designed for educational leaders, including headteachers, deputy headteachers and teachers involved in school development teams. Over the course, participants will engage in a comprehensive exploration of shared leadership, collaborative decision-making and strategic management principles tailored to educational settings. Through a combination of lectures, interactive group discussions, practical exercises and role-playing, participants will develop the skills and knowledge necessary to lead and manage educational institutions effectively.
